Equipped with a 5000W Double Crown Power Burner, this hob delivers the intense heat needed for authentic stir-frying and rapid heating. The MultiLevel Flame system provides 9 predefined power levels for each burner, removing the guesswork and allowing you to switch from a precise melt to a high-heat sear with absolute confidence. The full-width cast iron grids create a flat, seamless surface, allowing you to slide heavy pots from one zone to another without lifting. Safety is fully integrated via an electromagnetic thermocouple system that cuts gas flow instantly if a flame is extinguished.
